The main focus of the webinar will be understanding behavior as communication, with communication defined as how people relate to one another, how needs and feelings are expressed and how thoughts and information is exchanged.
Focus will also be given to the importance of non-verbal cues in helping to anticipate and prepare for responses to challenging behaviors. Using a relaxed, conversational format, each member of the team; doctor, nurse practitioners, and social worker will offer input designed to promote your confidence and well-being in navigating a highly stressful role as a care partner or caregiver.
