We know it may not be possible for you to join us in person the day of the walk. There are many ways you can support The Alzheimer’s Association® to #ENDALZ. Join our team, share walk information with family and friends, fundraise, volunteer, or make a donation!

Join the ElderHealth team to walk with us in person or in spirit for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s® 2024! We designed the shirts to feature an outline of a heart on the back, that you can customize and write in a loved one’s name of who you’re walking for, or a thoughtful message. To get your ElderHealth T-Shirt visit our Team Page to make a minimum donation of $25 and email Brittany Wagner, Practice Manager with the requested size(s). Supplies are limited. While Supplies Last. The deadline for shirt orders is Monday September 23, 2024 4:00pm MST.
