Brittany Wagner, Practice Manager has 9 years of experience in the medical field within various roles and healthcare areas. Her career began in a behavioral health setting. Later, she found her passion in hospice and palliative medicine. ElderHealth members will know Brittany from her friendly voice over the phone, supporting patients and their families during such a critical time in their lives.
She’s grateful for the opportunity to work at ElderHealth because everything is patient-centered. The team has a special relationship with their patients and makes an effort to update families on their loved one’s healthcare. We support older adults and their family caregivers. An ideal model of care for those who plan to keep their loved ones at home to provide the support they need.
