Refreshing Watermelon Summer Salad

This watermelon salad is a summer must have! It’s refreshing, delicious, and healthy! With just a few ingredients your dish will be the talk amongst guests at your next BBQ.

  • 6 cups Watermelon (cubed)
  • 1/2 Purple onion (small, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 English Cucumber (cut into half-moons)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves (chiffonade)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves (chiffonade)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil
  • 2 in. block Feta cheese (cubed/crumbled)

Prepare and combine all ingredients. You can serve and enjoy right away or refrigerate for a couple hours prior to serving.
