Corinne Self, MD
Founder & Owner of ElderHealth at Home
Corinne Self, MD, is a geriatric physician trained at the University of Arizona and at Stanford University. Dr. Self is passionate about ensuring that all Tucson families have access to advanced care planning and appropriate geriatric treatments. Jaclyn Robinson, MD
Geriatric Family Medicine Specialist and Consultant at Banner Alzheimer’s Institute
Dr. Robinson is originally from Spokane, Washington. She attended the U of A in Tucson for undergraduate, went to medical school in the Caribbean (Ross University on the small island nation of Dominica), finished medical school training in Miami and then completed family medicine residency in Phoenix before returning to Tucson to complete her fellowship in geriatric medicine. She has a special interest in medication de-prescribing and preventative care in older adults. She works as a dementia consultant and BAI Tucson and focuses on the notion of “healthy body, healthy brain”.

Sarah Thomas
Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute
Sarah Thomas has been an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute for almost 6 years. She earned her degree in Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University, Saginaw, MI in 2016. She specializes in neurological conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injuries and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. She is a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist, Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a PWR! Moves Therapist. Her recent passion has become teaching and educating individuals on fall prevention, to prevent future falls in the home and community setting as well as decrease risk of hospitalization.
